A TRAGEDY NO ONE FORESAW.
|
Hello all, this is Nick, and you're watching the 8PM News for CTN (Corporate Telenews Network).
We have breaking news for the sudden passing of Exterminator-3 or by his true alias: "Kay Tsutama (燕頭山)".
His death was tragic: he went against his judgement and encroached on the already ruinous CDCS-6 as a last ditch effort in order to save the sector.
It was all in vein however, he was engulfed in napalm by the opposing forces.
This is EX-4.
Kay didn't have to die this way, even in the short time I was able to see him in action...
He was a valiant man, he knew his way around combat and mastered the art of bullet dodging just like EX-2 did.
But then EX-6--no, I shouldn't call her that anymore--[Sorami]--she had to ruin everything in CDCS-6.
I knew she was only trying to help, but she wasn't qualified, she didn't know how to wrangle so many criminals up and kill them.
So Kay had to step in to try and stop it: his assault was cut short in the worst way possible.
Sorami napalmed Kay, and incinerated him within seconds.
I don't know the exact details on it, I was still focused on settling my own sector.
When word got out though...
I don't want to talk about it anymore.
It's sickening. |
(The new) EX-3's ACCOUNT:
Tragedy, I'd say.
I think I understand why the late EX-6 ran away in shame, and why I don't have my own sector to manage.
The Governor is thoughtful in that manner, and also sort of emotional in that sense, even if he doesn't try to show it.
It sounded like a city-wide tragedy. In the first mission of the EX-Squad, one member already died.
Now here's the real question: why did the Governor recruit me almost two decades after the previous EX-3 died?
Doesn't make any sense...
