CS-2 [PELAGO]'s ACCOUNT DATE 2043
A psychotic, perpetually smiling, writhing, conniving, kind of a genius, really crazy, unnerving person.
I'm just exaggerating but that's the genuine reaction I had when I first saw him walking about in the [FIRST CLASS].
He's got skill, really impressive skill: superhuman speed and deadly accuracy on his only firearm, a pistol.
It's impressive how he can handle that like a full sized rifle...
He's got the looks of a crazy but thoughtful person--yeah I know those two words are kind of contrary but I really mean it.
You just need to look at his eyes--no his entire face to understand:
Swirling purple, glistening with yellow and an unnerving smile to go along with it.
Speaking of that smile,
it's not natural.
He always, always smiles no matter the situation, the only thing that can actually convey any other emotion are his upper face.
I wonder what happened to him, it couldn't have been just some birth defect.
CS-1 [JERSEY]'s ADDITION:
During meetings with the squad he mentions countless times he was a butler for one of
the [ROYAL FAMILIES] here and his philosophies in battle are molded in that sense?
Kinda weird, but very efficient.
His methods of cleaning up all the gangs--sweeping and wiping them down into a neat package, waiting to be taken away from the city.
He's all about tidiness you know, make sure the residents aren't inconvenienced by a particularly nasty stain on the ground.
I like it, probably why I decided to join him.
