EX-2: Correct, we were the only country to not have a concrete royal family. Only because we never were a monarchy.

ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL ROYAL FAMILY As the US has emerged in an inglorious stalemate from the great civil war, the 50 states have all been divided. So to keep a sort of order and as record keeping, we decided it was best to allow the past Generals of the US to create the Royal Families. They will be mostly acting as supplemental Governing bodies in order to stitch a semblence of order is our current divided US. How they operate is not under our jurisdiction, we're just historians.
