PROJECT 2047-X. TO REVITALIZE THE TOWER TO THE GLORY DAYS. Strite is namely the key to all of this, I believe. He doesn't want to admit it but he's very worried about the current state of the Tower. His experience proves this: no matter what the EX and CS squad does, the criminals keep flooding in en-masse. And people are seeing it as an act of laziness on their parts... so they in turn won't do anything as well. But of course, Strite is not any layman: He has the desire to stand up to the madness, but he doesn't know how. So-my plan, and I hope many of you can agree, For Strite to go to the Governor's office and make a proposition: To get people to wake up and fight the criminals alongside the Squads. His skills in speech and writing surpass even EX-2, he will be the best suited person for the task.
